Payment + Refund Policy

* All payments are non-refundable, whether paid in full or via payment plan.
This is to honor the integrity of your commitment and the limited number of seats available.
* If you're on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all installments, even if you choose not to complete the training.

Commitment + Energetic Integrity

* Please ensure you're ready to engage with the training fully — spiritually, emotionally, and logistically.
* If life circumstances arise, you may request a **deferral to a future cohort**, but this is granted case-by-case and not guaranteed.
* No refunds or cancellations will be granted for lack of participation or personal scheduling conflicts.

Licensing + Use of Materials

* All content shared (manuals, scripts, videos, meditations) is for **personal use only**.
* You are welcome to use what you learn in your own practice, but you **may not resell, reproduce, or distribute** course materials or recordings without written permission.
* The certification grants you the title of **Restorative Hypnosis Practitioner**, but does not make you an official trainer of this methodology. This training does not certify you to hold the title of hypnotherapist. That is governed differently state by state.

Ethics + Scope

* This training does **not qualify you to diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.**
* You agree to practice within your scope of training and local laws, and to always prioritize client safety and consent.
* Ethical breaches or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

Access + Recordings

* You will receive lifetime access to recordings via your ThriveCart portal.
* Please do not share login information or download videos for redistribution.
* Access is for enrolled students only.

* This is a sacred learning space.
* All students are expected to treat one another with respect, confidentiality, and non-judgment.
* Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from community groups or live sessions.
